The Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment (NIUSE) is an umbrella organisation representing individuals and organisations providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities through the Supported Employment model.
Supported Employment assists people with disabilities to access and stay in employment through providing appropriate individualised support and become economically and socially active in their local community.
NIUSE is a pan-disability organisation with a Northern Ireland wide remit, promoting and developing Supported Employment. The Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment is a membership organisation and is open to individuals and organisations.
