Job Shadow Initiative (JSI) 2012

How can an employer get involved?

Each IASE region has appointed a regional co - ordinator who can put you in contact with your local Job Shadow Facilitator. The Facilitator will explain the process and what is involved in taking part in the initiative. The Job Shadow Facilitator will match only the most appropriate job seeker (person with disability) in terms of skills, abilities, and suitability to your company employee.

Each company will appoint a work place mentor who will be shadowed during the Job Shadow Initiative, the JSI Facilitator will link with your workplace mentor and will be available to handle queries or address any concerns you may have.

Is there a cost?

There is no financial cost to you; the only cost is your time and commitment to taking part in the Job Shadow Initiative. Please use the application form below.
