- The Job Coach assists the individual in identifying the most suitable role for them within an organisation.
- Help is provided in exploring career options, CV preparation, interview preparation and the sourcing of suitable vacancies.
- In many cases if required the Job Coach will speak to employers regarding employment opportunities and often act as an intermediary on behalf of the job applicant.
- Once a position is secured support continues on an ongoing basis as required.
