NATIONAL BEST PRACTICE AWARD 2010
Irish Association of Supported Employment (IASE) National Best Practice Award in Supported Employment is open to all members of IASE to apply. The overall national award recipient will be selected by an independent panel of judges and announced at an awards ceremony on November 25th 2010.
The 2010 IASE National Best Practice Award in Supported Employment awards operates in four categories:-

IASE National Best Practice 2010 Job Coach of the year 2010
IASE National Best Practice 2010 Supported Employment Service of the Year 2010

WORK WISE CONFERENCE OCTOBER 21ST 2010
A one day conference orgaised jointly with PWDI and IASE to promote employment for people with disabilities in Ireland.

NATIONAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT WEEK 2011

IASE National supported employment week will take place for the second time in Ireland from April 18th to 24th 2010. Supported Employment organisation , job seekers and employers will show case employment for people with disabilities through a variety of themed events, seminars and a national publicity campaign to raise awareness of employment for people with disabilities.

IASE NATIONAL 'JOB SHADOW INITIATIVE' 2011

Following the tremendous success of the previous three years we look forward to the fourth annual Job Shadow initiative (JSI) in 2010.
Hundreds of Individuals with disabilities throughout Ireland will have the unique opportunity to shadow a workplace mentor (employee) as they go through a normal working day within hundreds of Employment sites/Companies across the Country.

IASE Presented with European Award - Handinnov 2008
IASE received a European Award for innovative practices that empower young people with disabilities. The awards to IASE was given for work promoting employment for people with disabilities through supported employment awareness and the Job Shadow Initiative.
