Open 50 is an exciting call to action to employers across the BMW region.
The IASE wants employers to join with them in breaking down barriers to the world of works when it comes to disability and employment and to enjoy the many proven business benefits of introducing more inclusive recruitment policies.
Open 50, part of the Open Door project, is calling on 50 employers across the Border, Midlands, West region (BMW) to commit to offering one person with a disability a job by April 2015 and to see for themselves, the positive benefits of supported employment.
