Open 50 is an exciting call to action to employers across the BMW region.

Open 50, part of the Open Door project, is calling on 50 employers across the Border, Midlands, West region (BMW) to commit to offering one person with a disability a job by April 2015 and to see for themselves, the positive benefits of supported employment.

Supported employment assists employers to access a new pool of motivated and dedicated employees who have the right skills and attributes to fill their job vacancies. Find out more about the business benefits of supported employment.
