Job Shadow Day for jobseekers

Job Shadow Day for jobseekers

“I was very much treated like an individual, (with a focus on) what my needs were and that gives you a lot of confidence.”

David Aggio, Job Shadow Day participant, Roscommon EmployAbility.

Job Shadow Day is a fun and worthwhile day of awareness for jobseekers.

Hundreds of people from all walks of life take part every year.

A trained employment facilitator in your locality will coordinate the day with you and an employer in the area.

You will ‘shadow’ a professional for a day as they go about their normal working routine.
