Job Shadow Day sees hundreds of people with disabilities ‘shadow’ workers across Ireland for one day as they go about their normal working routine.

The day supports clients to learn more about their career interests and the skills needed to succeed at works while also promoting equal employment opportunities to Irish businesses.
